Shipping and returns.

Shipping

We ship everywhere in the United States. Standard shipping is $6.95, free on orders over $100 and on any 3-oil set. Orders are poured and packed by us and ship within 3 to 5 business days. You will get a tracking number by email, and by text if you gave us a number, when it goes out.

We also ship outside the US, including Puerto Rico and Guam. International orders go by USPS Priority Mail International: $34.95 to Canada and $49.95 to every other country, arriving in 6 to 10 business days. Any import duties or taxes are set by your country and paid on delivery.

Every order carries a processing line of 2.9% + 30¢, shown in the cart before you pay. It covers payment processing and is the same for every order and every way of paying.

Returns and exchanges

Fragrance is personal. If a scent is not right for you, email Oudtik.scents@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and we will arrange an exchange for another scent of the same size. Opened bottles can be exchanged once. We cannot refund opened fragrance.

If your order arrives damaged or wrong, send us a photo and we will replace it, no questions asked.

Payment

Checkout is handled by Stripe. We accept all major cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Your card details never touch our servers.
